Staff were extremely helpful and we were given a room at the top with a lovely terrace.
Did not like the lighting in the breakfast dining room! Completely ruined the rooms and it felt like a basement.

Location and raymond the the only staff that was nice and courteous in the hotel.
Rooms are relatively new but very dirty, u can smell the toilet. Stains in the sink. Receptionist have no manners what so ever.

Very helpful staff. helped with early arrival, booking a tour since we had limited time. even extra help with things like charging a Kindle device.

The location was great. Easy to get to the outdoor market, the train station and all different types of resturants. It was easy to book day trips with the front desk and they were very kind for the most part.
I had two superior double rooms and there were no views out of either room. The mattress was the hardest I have ever had.

The hoel was very well situated and is very near to both train station and city center.the staff was very freindly and kind, break fast was good. Our room was very spacious and clean.

really enjoyed the place, had a perfectly pleasant stay of 4 nights. our hotel room was air conditioned and nicely furnished with a good view over to the duomo. the staff were all reasonably good and caring, showed us property's relaxing rooftoprestaurant.

This was very convenient for all sight seeing and we managed to park quite easily (as a price).

The location is exellent, near the train station and quite central. The breakfast is very good. the rooms are quiet, the matress confortable. The shower although a bit too small had a good pressure and plenty of hot water.
The lighting of the room is not sufficient.
